0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible staff (sajid) I recently visited [shell leeds road bd3] and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When i noticed i had forgotten my wallet at home after fueling staff said you should have checked before fueling up. I said take my details and i will come back and pay and he said we dont have the forms anymore and wanted me to leave something behind i refused to leave my phone as I need it for work. He said I will ring police if you leave without paying with the smirk he is obviously very slow why would i come and tell him if i didnt want to pay and run off!.Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Everything with adding fuel and going into the station itself, its well maintained. Always kept clean inside and out. You can tell the staff are well trained. They’re also very friendly and are always helpful if you need any help with anything. The only downside here is sometimes if I need to use the air pump a car may be parked in that specific bay but other than that I always used to go here.

Only first time, over few month back i was able to use it even though even that time one member of staff gave me same excuse toilet “flesh” not working but after asking second member of staff i was allowed to use and everything was working fine.
Today I have been given same excuse “flesh” not working, what a service!
