    Had mine only 21 months and already got problems.But dreams don’t want to know they just do make you pay for an independent Inspection, which is very biassed in their favour, but you pay for. Wish I never bought from them. Temper pillars are great. But you expect that at 109 pounds each.
    But the mattress very disappoint in and they are doing nothing paid for inspection. And they send a cabinet Maker with a bean bag and a bitter string. Absolute joke avoid avoid go elsewhere.

    Just to say thankyou to the wonderfull people that work at Dreams bradford .You were friendly answered all the things I wanted to know.They demonstrated and explained the differences in the matresses and bases of beds If you need a bed I would recommend people to visit dreams beds in bradford they’ll be satisfied with the service as we were .we were offered a drink with a smile free pillow and sleep match thankyou all xx

    Met by friendly and helpful staff, invited to use the Dreamwatch to check what mattress we needed. looked at the suggested mattress and made a purchase. The staff were knowledgeable We were even treated to a cup of coffee.

    I shop online where I can but a family member told me to visit dreams to test mattresses. The sales lady was very informative without being overbearing. The sleep machine was a surprise and I bought the mattress it recommended. Service was brilliant! It was nice to be offered a coffee and chat while completing the order.

    I am very annoyed at this point my service at the Bradford store was good. However, my beds got delivered to the wrong address and then I contacted the delivery team and they said they would get the beds for me for that night. I did get the beds eventually after waiting all day. I was meant to be at work that day and I couldn’t go in last minute due to waiting around for my beds. I have told customer services about this and also the managers but they don’t care that I have lost my earnings for that day and the amount of stress they caused me that day. So my beds got delivered and were both damaged and beds just looked soo cheap definitely not what I saw in the showroom and the damage wasn’t small so I keep wondering how did they pack these beds knowing they are damaged. Anyways I’ve contacted customer services they have finally took my beds and I’ll be getting my full refund for both the beds. It took me 2 weeks to get that sorted because the customer services just never got back to me...
