Rating:5 Great Gym 🙂 good facilities & equipment, friendly staff and people, I have been coming to Bodyflex for pt sessions with David for over 6 months now and enjoy every session, his motivation and knowledge is second to none, and he has the patience of a saint even when I am complaining 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Was working up Bradford staying in the Premier Inn. Googled searched a gym and this one was the closest. Good gym, decent music, cheap day pass. Good equipment. Positive environment, everyone just getting on with their workouts

I’ve been to a few gyms over the years, Bodyflex is a good gym with great equipment! I will definitely be recommending Bodyflex to friends!

where these standards Meets ! well surch no father because bodyflex ticks all the boxes it’s what you can call the golden era gym type that used to be around back in the day .completely equipped whit a satisfactory range af weight cardio machines and much more .but must Importantly is the friendly environment and a total platform for a good workout session.

Iv been here for a year now, they open early so I get in before work, free car park helps especially with all the restricted parking around.
Nice clean showers, lockers and changing area with top quality weights, machines and cardio machines.
I always have a pre workout which they have a good variety of and finish of with a protein shake.
My girlfriends also joined and uses the personal trainer which she’s happy about, they have a separate female changing and toilet so she’s happy.
Manager is very helpful and provided me and my girlfriend with a free session which allowed us to use and experience before we decided. Staff and personal trainer always helpful and to hand.
