Coach Robbie & Coach Mark do an amazing job with teaching their Boxing Skills. Classes are structured well, and the club is like one big family. Keep up the good work, guys

One of the greatest gyms from old times since the 90s, once you train at rocksolid you become actual ROCKSOLID . BADBOY GYM

Equipment is rubbish, most of the bars are bent and the ropes for the cable machines are in a state. They also won’t let you deadlift even though they have a designated “deadlift” area they will complain about you being too loud if you do.

The owners are really chill and it’s the ideal gym if you want to go work out with not much distractions.. only costs 20 a month plus you can pay in cash too.. location is great too as it’s near the city centre and has many food places nearby. I prefer this gym as it’s lowkey!

Positives: Clean, Friendly, Has a boxing gym, Open until 10pm.
Negatives: It used to be in much better shape, now the weights/dumbells are falling to pieces. Weights are not labelled etc…
Appears to be no form of maintenance.
Used to be excellent, now its just Okay.
