Rating:1 absolute horrible! defiantly do not recommend this salon – i paid over £400 to come out with 4 inch yellow roots then blue green and a slate colour in my hair, I could not brush my hair for over 3 months as it wouldn’t fall out and hurt and during them trying to correct there mistake I got left with wet hair for over 4 hours! because the lady who was the so called colour specialist (which half way through my hair i found out she wasn’t even qualified yet) walked out cause she was stressed that she had completely ruined my hair. sat for 2 whole days the second till 10pm at night for them to try sort it! not only did they ruin my hair and health. i paid for hair extensions and they put 2 different types in my hair after paying for the most expensive they put one set of cheap ones in not the type that I had paid for. they damaged all my hair, and burnt and made all my scalp bleed. the owner is very rude and made me cry shouting in my face. I had to get a lawyer to sue...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I went to this so called professional salon, to have a weave put in my hair. They seemed nice at first. First of all the hair extensions were a cheaper version of what I asked for. The woman straightened my hair & burned all the back of my neck. She put this weave into my hair, way too tight! The hair extensions were put into a group just above my neck. My hair looked a mess!!!!! I just wanted to get out of there. When I came home my head was really hurting. The weave was so tight & the pain from the burn on my neck was really bad! I phoned them up the next day & I got a really harsh response. They told me basically it’s not their problem & they refused to take the weave out. They said I had to pay them. I got my extensions out at Marino’s & they were gobsmacked! 0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I had an awesome experience at this salon. I was greeted with smiles and was served a cup of tea done to my liking. I got a full weave in a sufficient time and a reasonable price. My hair looks completely natural I highly recommend! ☺
