Me and my friends had a great experience, Mahdi especially was amazing, 10/10 service from him, very polite and on top of everything especially whilst not having many staff members in. We will definitely be back!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 We got the offer for £26 which includes 1 appetiser, 1 Nyc Fries and 2 mains with 2 soft drinks. Reasonably priced however i can understand why people may think it’s overpriced if just getting a burger as you can find much cheaper in most other fast food joints.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 great customer service we were served by Medhi who was very kind and polite. The food came really quick and was very very nice. the dessert was the best part icl fire milk cake will definitely come back

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Food was lovely however the portions were small. The plates were child sized but staff were friendly and happy to help. Flavour was on point and the grilled chicken was delicious. We Brought up the issue with management about plates and portions and they were happy accept some criticism taking on board our conversation. Me and my partner would be happy to return to the Iceburg restraunt in Bradford if they are happy to make small changes stated above.

Food was decent however wouldnt get the wrap again as it was quite bland but fire fries, jalapeño bites and burger were quite nice. Very pretty inside and waiters were nice. I think the restraunt would do much better if placed in a better location like grh or leeds rd as it’s inconvenient in town unless your already passing by. Would recommend to give it a try if you haven’t yet.

All staffs are so friendly and helpful
And that man who wearing silver clothes… He is so friendly and was being favourite for the kids to take photo with ☺️
The foods taste good. Unfortunately ice cream menu was still not available.
I wish next time when i come again, they already have that.

The customer Service awas 10/ 10 and very family friendly. The mangers were very understanding and helpful.
It is however their launch day so little blips happen all in all they did a great job today.
