However i’ve been vegan for 5 years and this time received chicken in my order when i ordered vegan tenders. Luckily having ordered them before we knew what the actual vegan tenders looked like and it’s not these. Despite this, the staff had written on the box “VT” for vegan tenders knowing full well they’d put real chicken in the box.
Im not usually one to complain as i’ve worked in the food industry and understand but this is not only a complete disregard for my dietary restrictions from the restaurant but a huge potential allergy risk.
When i went to contact the Venue, there was no contact details available at all to get in touch.
I hope to hear from someone soon in regards to this.
