Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Be aware, do not buy from this Company. Complete ripped off. If you return an item for any reason for a refund think twice as they will ripped you off. They will keep the return item and your money because they won’t refund you. The woman playing customer service either on the phone or emails reply will lie through her teeth all the way through. They received my return 2 weeks ago and I been left with no refund but customer service woman keeps playing the same music that I have been refunded.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Hand Forged Hinges looks great on my cottage door. The only problem was it was delivered to my neighbour and I missed the card by the carrier. However, I rang up the customer service and they helped me to locate where my order was delivered exactly.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Goods (painted steel door/gate hooks) were delivered in a satisfactory and timely way but the quality was very poor. Some of the white paint had come off in transit and the screws were soft and useless. Have deployed the hook temporarily but will scrap it and replace at first opportunity.

I usually don’t give a negative review if I have a bad experience but this company’s customer service was so bad I feel it needs to be said. I returned the items, after first of all contacting them to see if they would accept a return ( I should include that some of the order was incorrect and additional parts had to be sent to me). First of all I was given incorrect information regarding their international returns procedure. I was then informed, by email, that in order to get my refund back, I would have to lodge a PayPal dispute as their systems were not working and they could not issue refunds! I find this very suspicious.I was told I would be refunded my return shipping if I included a certificate of postage my return. I got my refund from PayPal but they don’t refund shipping costs. I sought my shipping refund directly from the company and after me chasing it a few times over the space of a few months I eventually got a very snide and ...
