Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 3rd Dec our daughter visited to purchase light bulbs on our recommendation however the member of staff was rude confrontational it was to distressing our daughter had a panic attack leaving the store.

Rating:1 Repeatedly lack manners some just unable to speak pleasantly to customers…astonished when they have so much competition on their door step…enough bad attitude especially when Tool Station are soooo polite, try and improve the attitude of some of your staff Screwfix your loosing customers

He spent time explaining what the problem might be and although he couldn’t resolve the problem he pointed me in the right direction. I really appreciated his time and patience. Many thanks to Drew.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great staff baring in mind what we’re going through, I try to order for click and collect but sometimes it’s not that easy. Usually have what you need in stock and seeing them deal with some customers they need a medal.

Our daughter is recovering from major surgery all she wanted was some help.
After calming down our daughter down she went into wicks store were the staff went over & above to help even carrying her goods to cash then out that’s what I call customer service.
I would suggest the member of staff go on a customer service training course.
Or find alternative employment where he doesn’t have to deal with customers.
