Worst customer service I’ve ever received, I will not be using this store again, I went to pick something up and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and would not serve me due to an age restricted item, I’d come many miles, showed I have a card and also drive but that wasn’t enough, I’ve been here before and nobody has questioned it before, I would stay well clear from this store and the guy at the counter needs firing! I’d give 0 stars if I could, waste of time….

Customer service was so bad and hostile BOTH times I went there. if you ask a question they either don’t answer or they just not bothered. I guess I should’ve done my research and just used the website to check the stock. definitely won’t be returning.

Lovely staff the women who served me was very nice and polite, she was very helpful when I was unsure exactly what i wanted I think her name was jade, very friendly would reccomend going here although best to check the catalogues on arrival so you know what to get because there are many variety of products.

A little bumpy at the start but things have been addressed and working better than normal. unfortunately no free coffee available. Staff have recognized the name on the order to the point were I don’t ask its ready on the table to pick up, thanks to all the staff at Toolstasion next tea or coffee on me.

The customer service is absolutely amazing at this store. I went to collect my order I had placed on click and collect and they found it without any hesitation. The man who served me was polite and very helpful. He talked me through what I would need to do when I asked him. I will definitely shop there again
