Showing 2 reviews Rating:5 Start (or finish) of the Druids Walk that connects the St Ives Country Park Druids Altar to the Druids Altar Stone above Ogden Water Country Park in Calderdale. Usually named “the Path of the Druids”. Though called the walk, it has two routes and the higher path can for the most part can be cycled or ridden on horseback using the bridleway network and local lanes. The route was popular with those raising money by charity walks/rides and was initially formalised by a keen walker and cyclist from Bingley. Sadly the routes have become a little lost but moves are afoot due to popular demand to remap the routes and bring the walk back into full use again!

Rating:4 Nice area for a walk. Good views and multiple routes and paths. Limited parking so better to be on one of the estates carparks. Quite busy on dry weekends.
