On this platform you will only find reliable reviews that are both automatically and manually moderated. Consumers are increasingly skeptical of companies collecting their own reviews. Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The queues are bad, the checkout colleagues are gossiping on the checkouts and ignoring the customers. When they are doing something or calling on the mics,no one is coming. This store used to be our go to but its been a year and nothing but incidents after incidents. The colleagues standing at the exist laughing talking whilst queues are big not helping. There seems to be no management effort in organising the customer service. It puts you off from going.

Rating:1 Went into store today and was served by an old white lady. Firstly she told me off for placing my basket on top of the counter and said just empty out the contents however I was ok and did that. However when I placed my basket on the floor as there is no sign or designated area for where it says leave your baskets she told me off again this time you could just tell she really didn’t want to be there and said take your basket over to the other side as we like to leave this area clear! Clearly there were many other baskets just there on the floor and the person she served before me who was also white she was being nice to and didn’t tell her to place her basket elsewhere. I usually shop here often but after today I felt like I shouldn’t do anymore. What a joke and to the old lady I understand it’s abit too much for her but it isn’t my problem that she’s having to work at her age!

Rating:3 Recently moved to this area and was really impressed by having a separate Asda living store. It’s quite good for women and young children, but feel they could have more options for older boys and men as they only have limited things for them.

Rating:1 Visited the café upstairs. Tbh. The high chairs are so dirty and one still had food on it (where it’s put away) there is food all over the floor. Very very poor cleaning. There was 6 customers so it’s not if there busy. Tables left with cups and food on them. The table I was at had food on it. Place need a very deep clean. Staff are friendly but standing around wile they could be cleaning tables. Will not be going back.

Update April 2023.
I have since been back to see what has been done about it and you guessed it nothing it’s a mess. There’s no one eating there and the staff are not even bothered. Avoid.
