0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Phoned to register as new patient was given a excuse the surgery is full without real explanation the NHS guidance is the gp must inform the patient in writing within 14 days to explain why they are not accepting patients.

Rating:1 Ring at 8 can’t get hold of any one by the time they answer at 8.15am already fully booked and if you show you are slightly annoyed “we will cut your name of the list” if you don’t like working as a doctor maybe it’s time to retire.People on the phone are so unhelpful will be reporting to CQC.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Had an appointment today with the pediatric nurse for my 5year old girl. I rang to say we were running late because of slow moving traffic even though I set off earlier. When I arrived they refused to see my child. The surgery was empty with hardly any patients and the girl at the receptionist said other patients are to be seen. I don’t agree with this especially to turn away a young child. I was then sent to ash well in which the staff were so much more politer and the doctor was quite shocked at the fact they turned away a 5year old child.

As a receptionist myself there is no need for someone to be this rude.
When i asked to speak to a manager she dropped the call on me absolutely disgusting should be shut down on account of the reception staff. Unable to help anyone, just disgusting people.
Update I will not be delete the review as I personally im not a patient at this practice(which i am glad about) however i did ring on behalf of my partner and was treat in a disgusting manner. If receptionist do not have the general publics interest in mind they should not be the front of a Doctors surgery. You will in the next week or so be receiving a written letter from myself regarding this matter. However for now my review will remain.
