Amazing staff, extremely helpful receptionist and very thorough and professional doctors. Always a pleasant experience.

the doctors are extremely professional but the receptionist needs a lot of work in the way they articulate themselves, they seem to have little to no knowledge about anything and reply il talk to the head receptionist.

For last few months I have issues with his clinic. Not competent at all. Have a terrible back pain and all they do is blood and urine test and sending me home because there is nothing wrong with me, prescribed tons of pain medication but not trying to find what caused it. Do not recommend at all. Receptionist very rude and just because I’m emigrant she is not bothered to treat me as a human being. Stay away from this place.

When ever gone for blood tests as soon as i hear the name arissa it scares me coz she always does painful blood tests puts needle in vein to meat blood doesnt come out untill she moves needle always painful experience. Avoid arissa for blood tests

Sorry all our staff are busy at the moment(gossiping), please hold we know you are waiting (but gossip is more important) your call will be answered shortly(2 hours later).
Seriously the reception is a huge let down but the doctors have been excellent.
