Rating:1 This gp is the worst in bradford the reception lady is always rude never helpful talks to you as if you are the lowest person in the world makes you feel like you are not important she said to call back in 2 days if my child is still the same today it’s been 2 days my 2 year old daughter is in temperatures for the past 6 days now an all the lady could say is why do I want an appointment for a fever soo rude and horrible service this place should get new staff ASAP as they are making the whole place go down the hill they need more supportive and helpful staff for their patients these old lady’s that can’t be helpful and talks to you with a ignorant voice

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have never seen such an approach… no help, I had to contact 111 to make an appointment. The woman at the reception told me that I don’t need an appointment, she is a doctor so she knows what my problem is. She laughed at me and said bye

Rating:1 Reception are in need to learn how to speak to people..rude and lack any people skills.. remove you from list with out any warning..impossible to get a appointment.. NHS want more pay??? Not these lot they need sacking..they should be ashamed of there self’s for even calling it a Dr’s..

This Practice is not fit for purpose at all, and in all honesty, it should not be trading as it can clearly not provide a service to a large proportion of its patients, A lot of the staff here also seem to forget that they have a “Care of Duty” to their patients.
It is always extremely difficult to get through on the telephone to speak with anyone most times of the day.
It is virtually impossible to get through on the telephone any morning to try and obtain an appointment.
Recently the Patchs service is always unavailable reading: “Parklands Medical Practice is currently unavailable for health problems on PATCHS.
They will next be available today at 15:30.” (the time varies)
Then when you go back on Patchs you find it still is shut and the time has moved.

Edit: so it comes out my 2 years daughter did need to see a doctor which I made for her by calling 111 this place failed to make her an appointment for a week she has bronchitis which could have lead her to have pneumonia all I can say is disgusting staff they don’t care if it’s a child or an old person they would literally leave suffe...
