Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Good budget friendly place. Was clean and even had communal kitchen which was a little bonus. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was it got really loud during night by other residents.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Decent enough bed, and good steady shower (both pressure and temperature). Other than that, you get what you (low) pay, which means, dubiously “clean” white towels (all 3 I got had some sort of stains, either pinkish or brownish), no place to put any luggage on (I had to use a part of the bed for that), nor anything else to hold any toiletry, other than hand towels, in the WC, which is a all-in-one plastic compartment, nor to work on a laptop (no table/counter nor chair). Pretty smelly corridor (from kitchen/meals preparation). Otherwise, the room temperature was good, with 8’C outside. Avoid staying more than 1-2 nights.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Stayed here over bank holiday weekend. Parking limited but with it being weekend we managed to find on the road. Rooms were as advertised on the website. It was hot in one of the rooms but there were fans provided so no issue with this. The kitchen had food already in the fridge so we just avoided this and left assuming it had been somebody from previous stay. We were provided with samples of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and towels along with tea/coffee/milk pods. With it being student accommodation and us being a family would’ve been nice if there was a lounge for us to all sit but it’s student accommodation not a house so we were aware of this. For the price we paid, it was expected. Would recommend to those looking for short stay as it was in city centre so everything close by!

On the plus side- great value for money, location and includes parking

Sink, Toilet and Shower all in 1 small cubicle so toilet gets wet if you Shower in room i was allocated.
Issues regarding Fire Safety with flammables stored under main Staircase and a chair blocking the only other fire exit.
Only Stay if you do not value your Safety.
Bugs in the room after only window in main room left open whilst the Owners knew there was a Major Bug invasion outside the property.
As you can imagine, I refused to stay!!
