0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Okay I must say anyone under the age of 35 was great very helpful but anyone over 35 just doesn’t want to be working here. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. The management is poor at best and they don’t even speak proper English and the staff that speak proper English are restricted by the poor management. Please premier inn higher ups come here and have a good look at the staff especially management some of them need to go.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The bed was great, room was clean but the air-con wasn’t working and was a construction site, so drills waking you up at 9am on a Saturday morning wasn’t great.

Rating:1 I had an absolutely dreadful stay and experience at the central bradford Hotel, I had initially booked in mid February for a same night stay & accidentally booked it for 9th of March which was because it came up as a default date and I’d thought I’d booked it for the same night of course which is my fault and that’s fine, but I showed up at the hotel assuming it was booked for that night with my wife and children, Now this is possibly after 11pm that I managed to get there for and was informed I’d booked it for the 9th of March for which of course the wife and kids were hugely disappointed but I then asked the lady at the counter if it was possible for me to book a room for tonight also and she responded by saying no sorry I have a family room “available” but the kids bed need sheets on them so I’m not going to do that at this time I’m to busy, I expressed the difficult situation that I’m in and that the kids are very tired and...

Second room had a disgustingly dirty kettle with stained bed sheets
When I went downstairs to bar to ask for boiling water as I have a 4 month old who is formula fed the lady working downstairs was so rude to me and told me she can’t give me hot water to feed the baby even though I physically showed her the kettle by bringing it with me. Only after I argued with her she then gave me a cup of hot water and then after further arguing she filled my flask.
I then had to speak to three different members of staff including a manager who I had to remind twice to give my room a new kettle so I can feed my baby.
I stayed for two nights and I don’t think I could point out one good thing. I was not even offered a sincere apology for the bed bugs in the first room instead was told there is no rooms available as the hotel is fully booked and when I argued with the manager that I had a wedding to attend in two hours she comes back within 5 minutes saying I have a new room a...

Also another guest was smoking something they shouldn’t have and stunk the corridor out. Paid for Ultimate WiFi and was poor connection so was unable to use

I Had to use water from the bathroom sink to fill up the kettle to make a cup of tea or Coffee but never made one.
The room was nice warm and clean apart from the dust sitting on the lamp above my head
