Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Been here several times, the ladies behind the counter are extremely rude and can be abrupt especially with white people. Service is absolutely shocking and slower than slow (EVEN WHEN IT’S NOT BUSY AND THEYRE STANDING AROUND CHATTING), arrogant and no communication skills. Made us wait 30 minutes for a waffle before being told the waffle maker had broken? So so slow at making your order. Sort it out, because no other dixons ices are like this. You nedd new staff urgently.

Loved the dessert , Brought my little brother with me and he enjoyed it as much as I did he put a smile on his face, 100% will come back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 First time ordering a brownie sundae – received a piece of sundae in a big massive box a tub of ice cream full with ice cream. Brownie was cold although I live less than 5 min away from the shop.

Plus I put instructions notes for the shop which were totally ignored.
When called the shop to complain the female assistant was getting defensive. Asked to speak to a manager who called me although he acknowledged but wouldn’t refund my money. It’s not about getting another piece it’s once a customer is out of they don’t want to buy from their again. The best desserts is heavenly dessert of ice stone on leeds road that’s it.
