Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I’ve never had tyre insurance, but when I bought a second-hand car from Audi I thought with the current road conditions it would be prudent, just in case, never thinking that I would have to use it as I am a careful driver. Just a few weeks after buying the car I noticed a split in the wall of the tyre, it must have been some debris on a road somewhere as I didn’t hit anything that I could remember. So I called the insurance company, followed the procedure and got a new tyre fitted. Car Care Plan were very easy and friendly to deal with.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 These people are scammers, I’ve had cosmetic cover for over 3 years for my car and never claimed. I had a small scratch on my car which T -Cut could easily sort it out.

I’ve had all four of my alloy wheels from my c 220 rejected and they didn’t even bother sending someone to have a look at them but rather declined from the pics I sent them. Do not give these people your money their services are a fraud. And even there call operators are rude and disrespectful like elizebeth

The product was promised “Unlimited” “SmartGuard” for bodywork dents and scratches. The assessment and repair was promised to be “unlimited” from the comfort of your “own home”. When we claimed for minor bodywork repair we received no visit or even a phone call, only rejection of the claim! see their product offer document and pictures of the damages. Landrover, Car Care Plan Ltd and two other companies are in the chain of this service and imagine how easy it is to argue your case.

But since I had the cosmetic cover I contacted them. After sending loads of pictures, they rejected my claim. They said the scratch was too long that I should have read my cover. So what was the point of the cover??? Isn’t these kind of scratches we need protection for. When taking these insurance they never explain that there are exceptions to claims. It’s after claiming that’s when all these exceptions come to light.
Never will I add car cosmetic to my car purchase, they are all scammer trying to con people out of more money when purchasing a car.
