Went to get the bracelet of my speedmaster adjusted as Omega had misaligned clasp slightly, Service was excellent and he does the work infront of you on his workstation. Very happy with the quality of the work and the watch now sits balanced on my wrist.

I always use finesse for repairs & batteries etc. the guy there is always polite and helpful. exceptional value & exceptional service. 10/10

They do a good job of repairing/servicing both mechanical & quartz watches at sensible fair prices, really pleased I found them & can fully recommend !
