Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Came here today and was blown away by the service or Aisha and Khaleesah. Really sweet and helpful ladies who helped me out and had a bit of a chat whilst doing so. It’s clear they know what they’re talking about and felt reassured, ended up buying a beautiful ring with the help of these ladies

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the customer service I had received in this store was absolutely shocking! I came in to look at watches for myself. I walked towards a lady called Aysha, had mentioned what I was interested in looking at, but she rudely passed me over to another colleague. She did not show any form of interest in what I wanted to purchase, cut my sentence short and hurried me to someone else. I did initially assume she may have had another important task, but when I saw her walk away, stood unoccupied, I found this quite disrespectful. This is not what I would expect from such a reputable company.

Khaleesa was amazing and so patient and kind, she completely put us both at ease. My daughter (and I!) want to give her 100 stars, not just 5! Would 100% recommend, thank you

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Upon entering the store, I was initially left unattended as therr were about 2 customer service officer not attending to anyone. However, Mei emerged from the backroom and approached me, offering her assistance. I inquired for her opinion, and she provided me with the best deals available. She paid attention to what i wanted and her excellent communication skills made my experience at the store quite enjoyable.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 With one month to go before our wedding, while walking through The Bradford Shopping Centre, we realised we had planned everything but our wedding rings! We walked past the H. Samuel store and we instantly felt welcomed and looked after by Ethan and Hannah. Previously, we were unsure about the style of the rings we want and where to get them from. By speaking to Ethan and Hannah, we were able to tell them our dream ring (Möbius strip) and that we were on a tight schedule as we are driving to the Lake District for our Wedding in just 3 weeks’ time.

And they made it happen 2️⃣
Within 2-3 weeks, we had two stunning custom rings in the shape of a Möbius strip in our hands. They look even better than we ever imagined. We had never been to the store before but felt like Ethan and Hannah were sharing the anticipation and enthusiasm of our upcoming wedding and really making it feel special for us.
