Terrible website. Can’t login, always telling me wrong details which they aren’t. Request new password, can’t do this either!

Have been trying all day to register as a user – can’t process apparently due to an error and then telling me I’m not eligible! What is the point in putting everything online when the system doesn’t even work? Having read other reviews I don’t want to speak to staff as expecting that to be a waste of time! Utter shambles

Just spoke to Sharon over the phone and she was very helpful and reassured me. I have always fond the staff to be very polite and helpful

The website is the most terribly pointless thing, barely anything of use when you can eventually login to it.
Never had any good experience contacting them, I’m in the process leaving and honestly I expect it to be a painfully slow nightmare of incompetence.

The website remains terrible. it never signs me in. then i try a reset just incase. accepts my secret question to send the rest. Then doesnt accept it with the temp password.
the 4 years ive been with this pension the website has never worked the way it should. very annoying
