Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Bought a family size meat feast,family size Modena and a portion of chips.Both pizzas were absolutely shocking very little meat on the meat feast and the Modena had very little salami both pizzas were like a margarita,the chips were soggy and cold.Rang up to speak to someone about the lack of filling on the pizzas the women who works there is extremely rude and said “well don’t order from here again” well we definitely won’t be! Absolutely disgusting food and service!

The openly admit they take or replace items to reduce cost I get that but then when you up the price for a poorer product not fair on buyer. We bought 2 X large pizza which was tiny for box family 1 x chips came Nealy £30 hardley any topings . I rung complain how empty pizzas was and how rubbish was . The owner response your probably best don’t order from here again yet over last 4 years have placed over 50 orders previously. The lady who makes is married to owner I explained and was honest and refuse to take criticism avoid rubbish poor quality, poor staff and poor food and supper expensive . Morrisons counter pizza value.

When we rang they first said they’d rung us three times and had taken a picture of our house which was to let (it isn’t) then when we checked the phone there were no missed calls and when we asked them to send the photo they said they didn’t have the number. They refused to reimburse or redelivery. The order was through just eat and we need to contact them. Extremely rude manager who put phone down twice. Ripped off for £20 with mo food either all because delivery couldn’t admit they went to wrong address

I ordered a family size pepperoni online, I didn’t realise it came with jalapeños, I have 2 small children eating it and it’s too spicy for them!
I rang and asked to speak with the manager and asked if there was anything he could do.
He said rudely ‘no there is nothing I can do that he didn’t care about my children and would not help me’ how rude!
I then started calling him rude which he said ‘you’re just wasting my time! And hung up
Will not be buying from you again!
