Desolate, soul less foyer with just 2 staff members, self-service ticket machines not working, only place to buy a ticket was at the concessions counter. I’m surprised I didn’t see tumbleweed rolling through. The good news is that being unable to buy a ticket, I was told the film had been cancelled any way. For any entertainment it appears necessary to travel to Manchester or Leeds. Oh well I expect it’ll be sorted for 2025.

The worst cinema experience I’ve ever had. While it may appear clean at first glance, upon closer inspection, it’s evident that cleanliness isn’t a priority, especially in the smelly and unkempt toilets. Teenagers running amok, causing a racket, and no one seems to bother reining them in, which utterly ruins the movie-watching experience. Waiting a staggering 32 minutes in line for food only to be served stale popcorn adds insult to injury. The only redeeming quality is its affordability compared to other cinemas. However, if you truly want to enjoy a movie along with decent food, it’s worth investing a few extra pounds to visit ODEON or Showcase instead.

Cheap tickets but the cinema is a let down. The lights don’t turn off during the film so it’s bright inside and the spotlights above you shine into your eyes. The screen is small and the projector does not even fill up the screen. And lastly there is no surround sound, it sounds more like a cheap soundbar on a TV than a cinema. Disappointing.

I have been regular visitor with my family to Cineworld Bradford for years. The staff team are hardworking and friendly. One in particular went above a beyond when I forgot my bank card and actually paid for our visit – it was truly the kindest gesture I have ever experienced and just one my son and I will never forget.

Been there a couple of times now and the cinema is clean and not so crowded. Prices for tickets are really reasonable.
The only let down is that you have to pay for parking as they don’t compensate the parking if you’ve been to the cinema before 6.30pm. After 6.30pm you can get your parking for free.
However, a good experience both times that I went.
