Pee’d off is an understatement!!! The signs are NOT clearly visible when it’s dark…. we had no idea you needed to put vehicle reg plate into machine….. after all there’s bugger all else other than a gym that warrants parking in this carpark! We were both needing the loo, so rushed straight in. We watched our film, which was brilliant also a birthday treat….. only to be slapped 2 weeks later with a £51 fine….. just for visiting the flicks! All this will me me, and I’m sure who ever else are complaining about exactly the same con, ( SCAM) go elsewhere. I will never visit this cinema again, as it’s now spoilt what was a nice birthday.

Parking charges are an underhanded scam. The signage and instruction to register your vehicle isn’t clear and the whole process adds no value to the customer. How this behaviour is considered legal in 2024 is an utter disgrace. I paid for my cinema ticket, but didn’t spot the signage so get hit with an £80 fine. I wasn’t trying to dodge paying for parking, I was a paying customer and yet this disgusting practice is executed to extract money from the uninitiated. Awful. I will not be returning to any of the businesses here.

BEWARE OF THE PARKING FINE SCAM

Took the family to watch a movie, parked in the disabled bay with a valid blue badge. Recieved a fine for overstaying? Apparently anything above 15 minutes is overstaying. Unless you put your reg plate into the tablet. Just a ridiculous scummy way of extorting money out of the consumer. Refuse to go back.

There was no clear signage where i parked that i need to input my reg into a tablet found inside the building. I appealed it as i was there legitamatley, they still charged me £15. Went in with 2 cars so got charged £30 overall. Great way to lose customers, especially now when cinema is on the decline.
