Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 staff are unwelcoming and boring, one who served me and my sisters looked high!!, shows no variety of snacks, needs a menu of some sort, tango ice blasts tasted like piss, and overall no help for people who are visiting for their first time!!! toilets was also vile (girls) it had no tissue and was filthy.

Rating:5 As a mum of a little one it’s very hard to keep up with the new movie releases, so I was over the moon to find out that there’s not just one but two baby friendly screenings every week! The comfy reclining chairs makes it super easy to keep baby asleep and the extra room between the rows are just perfect to put all the toys out and even climbing the stairs several times with my baby wouldn’t make it less good experience. Also the ice cream is out of this world!

Rating:5 Loved the leather recliner seats! So comfortably sat. Staff are kind well spoken and speak with a good attitude. Toilets are clean. Beautiful place over all!

Rating:5 The comfiest seats I’ve ever sat on in a cinema. There is so much room too, not cramped next to people in front or behind you. By far the best cinema experience you could have! Bravo Showcase.

Rating:4 A very, very good cinema in the North East! The parking is extremely large, with disabled spaces located just outside the cinema entrance.

The recliner seats are comfortable, I’d say as good as the ones from the Vue cinema in Bolton, however it lacked the trays which would’ve been helpful. The separators between rows offer more privacy for viewers, which I enjoyed.
The sound quality was so-so, we watched Jurassic World: Dominion and I didn’t feel that the sound effects were that loud.
The bathrooms were clean, and the hallway offered sofas where one could wait or just relax.
The staff were polite, good customer service.
The booking experience via the website was smooth, and an extra added touch was having a look at the food and drinks menu ahead of arriving at the cinema. There is an option available to place your food and drinks order ahead, but we chose to decide upon arrival.
The nachos portion was very good size, of course cinema food is more expensive but h...
