Showing 2 reviews Rating:1 I booked a meet-and-greet car parking service for my holiday at Heathrow T5 on boxing day. I came back yesterday new Year’s eve to find no one answering the phone. I had to send my family home in a taxi and waited till 9 am when they finally said they don’t have any drivers and I should take a taxi and go home and that they will deliver the car before the end of the day. That was a lie. I still haven’t got my car and the person who took my car has left the company and they claim they don’t know where the car is.

They are a bunch of crooks if they can do this to customers. I offered to go to the car park and collect the car and they claim they don’t know where the car is. Apparently, over 130 customers are being affected,
Please spread the message not to use this company in any one of the 18 airports they operate. I reported to the police the car is stolen and new year period I am left with no car. There may be other companies like this and we need to ask the airport to publicis...
