Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Buyers beware if you want to see who your buying from look at their Facebook page young arrogant full of excuses never their fault and last reply very abusive. It started a while ago i brought 2 so called large hairy red leg hermit crabs. They came turned up some time late in the cold spell we had poorly packed and only one very cold heat pad . Being honest i thought I’d give them a chance as i know they can go into a dormant stage when cold the fair thing to do .I gave it a couple of days still being fair to them as they can remain dormant many weeks if they have the knowledge they think and say they have would know that did they think i could ask them to pop out . Then messaged them their reply come due to being a week it did not follow their t c so no refund or exchange . I had told them all the above still no joy they want every thing their own way spoke to other retailers they said the crabs would not have been sent out when weather was so cold anoth...

Rating:1 initially i ordered i ordered 6 fish 1 arrow goby and 5 chromis, the arrow goby was alive and well but i cant say the same for the 5 chromis. 2 of the chromis arrived dead but then the other 3 died within 30 minutes of arrival. i sent pictures to show the dead fish and they said they’d give me 2 chromis + 1 free when i should be getting the 5 that i paid for. clearly they weren’t well if they died within 30 mins, to add to that they gave me a code to get the 3 chromis but then i have to pay postage again which is totally ridiculous. so now im paying £84.99 for 3 chromis! don’t order if you want your fish to be put in a tank because you’ll most likely have to put them in the bin

They arrived today I was impressed by the packaging they were well rapped in a foil package then in newspaper to keep the heat in also there were instructions on how to acclimatise livestock. Will definitely be using Marine World Aquatics again.

Highly recommend, the owner is really passionate and genuinely cares for your home aquarium & fish. Don’t hesitate to purchase your fishes he’s always a phone call away and happy to help. Will defiantly be back

The guy I spoke to was friendly and informative. I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. The packaging was well suited to the product. It arrived in a bag wrapped in silver foil (like a heat blanket) within a polystyrene box. There was also a heat pad enclosed (this was still warm on the Sunday) We followed the instructions on the box. As per T&C. (These were taped on the box for convenience.) we checked the fish before opening the bag in case it hadn’t travelled well.
The fish was healthy on arrival. It rested for a bit and is now eating and has settled in well
