I recently bought 2 Mollies fish (£4 per fish) 5 days ago but due to some problems with the fish, I had to go back to Pet City and asked for a replacement. However, it was a very unpleasant experience due to one of the staff there. After reading other people’s reviews on Google about Pet City, I then realised that my experience was not uncommon.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Tarantula loves the new enclosure, plenty of supplies for substrate, logs etc. The prices are really reasonable with a lot of different variety offered. Will definitely be returning here!!

My partner has cared for many snakes much larger than a cornsnake and had previous experience and knowledge in raising an infant snake, although he continued researching persistently.
My partner took every step necessary to ensure his snake was well looked after.
We tried to think of any possiblility as to what may have happened and then we noticed that each time my partner had offered food to his snake, he would regurgitate it
We were told by a staff member that the snake had been fed a day before we had bought him but was this true?
He never ate from the first day we tried.
He looked scared to strike for his food anytime my partner gave it to him. He attempted to ‘strike’ but never quite achieved to aim correctly.

I often buy fish, fish food and aquatic decorations, etc from this shop. I notice that there are about 2-3 staff who have served me nicely and patiently in the past. However, this time when I went back to them and asked for a replacement, I was served by a different staff who appeared to be quite hostile. He talked very loudly at me as if he was arguing while I was contrarily keeping calm and explaining my situation peacefully.

They’re fine when selling you expensive corals but their attitude totally changes if there’s a problem.
Definitely not recommended.
