0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands.

Whenever you are trying to buy fish, she will interrogate you so much, it is more quicker to travel abit more to another pet shop and get them. She tries to dictate how much you can get, what you can get etc…

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Had to order lower age kibble as the 1 i usually get wasnt available for delivery. I purposely ordered befor 7 pm yesterday and paid extra for next day delivery Thursday 4/01. No show today instead received an email from evri ststing received item and wont be out for delivery till tomorrow Friday the 05/01. Absolutely disgusting and appalling service! My dogs not got any food till they decide to deliver it. Luckily i had enough for today. Gonna have to find another source or different food. So much for being a VIP with them! Should be ashamed of yourselves! Theyve changed courriers from DPD to Evri who clearly cant provide the service they promise,nothing but issues with these fake Hermes/Evri!!! Custmer service is automated and cant even read free text! Shocking service!!!

My only issue is that it’s still not the city centre. And it’s harder to get to since all the pet stores in the city closed down

Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. Thanks again!

Great customer service as usual. They were friendly, only gripe is that I could have done with some help putting the cat litter into the boot but overall good experience!
