Manningham pharmacy couldn’t deliver one of the items on her prescription, which she needed urgently. My wife asked them to cancel the prescription, so she could take it else where. The lady shouted down the phone and hung up.
This behaviour is obnoxious, unhelpful and unacceptable. This has upset my wife, who was already feeling fed up and frustrated with her condition.
Never going back to this pharmacy again.
