I always go back thinking it’s a probably by accident, but they are always giving back the wrong change. They have one member of staff and the ques always outside to the door. It’s ridiculous when you only need to get a first class stamp you have to wait 45 mins. Also the old man that works there is so rude its unbelievable, he made my mum come all the way home because the scanner couldn’t read the barcode of the parcel, and I had to go back and tell him theres a number below all barcodes which you can type in. He should be able to do the job properly. Hes always giving back the wrong change to parents just because they’re old and don’t know how to speak English. Working in customer service all my life I definitely know how I should be treated. Disgusting service it’s just a joke. And post office before was much better they should have not joined it to the newsagent. Also the owners before this guy was much better. Absolute rubbish...
