Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Appalling the only post office in Central Bradford and they are closed due to staff shortages. I am disabled and travelled all the way into Central Bradford to send some important legal documents and they were closed.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Opening hours are incorrect and working hours are a suggestion. Says 5:30 closing time, however they have a sign saying closed at 4:30. Queue closed to new joiners earlier than 4:30.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Rubbish post office very unhelpful. Had a tracked parcel sent here and when I went to collect they couldn’t find it and said they can’t do anything about it even though the parcel was clearly sent here on the tracking information. The girl at the desk was very unhelpful seemed to not have urgency even though there were plenty more other people waiting in the queue. Hope she slips and falls and breaks her ankle or something so the time she takes doing her job can be justified.

The queue was not the issue it was the way the staff member- (female, mid 50’s, short blonde hair) thinking it was acceptable for her to speak to the two separate customers in a degrading manner!
Post Office at head office need to have her removed from a customer facing role and give her a disciplinary immediately for being rude, unprofessional, short tempered and discriminatory towards customers who clearly had a language barrier.
She was deliberately talking over them and abusing her role to vent her venom. It was beyond shocking how this was going on! 25 minutes passed I got to the counter, made the member of staff aware of one it was not on and two It is obvious she is the manager but her behaviour is atrocious. I told her it was not feedback it was a complaint which I will be putting in writing to head office. If I was managing this branch I would have made h...

If I could rate them 0 stars I would! This is the second time I arrive 10 minutes before their announced closing time (5:30pm), only to be told they were not serving anymore customers because “they were closed”.
On my latest attempt, I challenged the manager and told her it is still not closing time, and there was only me and another customer waiting to be served. She repeated that they had to go home now and that they had some work to finish in the back office before they left.
This is ridiculous! Either hire more staff (not just two at the till) to deal with said back office work, or manage your time more efficiently so you don’t end up with disappointed customers, or change the closing time to 5pm to avoid customers having to rush after their own working hours to only find that the post office will not serve them!!
