Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I’ve been going to this post office for 3-4 years now sometime on a daily basis. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions. They serve as quickly and to the best of their ability as possible. Not sure why there are many 1 star reviews. As a local who lives about 2 minutes away and visits on a daily basis I haven’t come across any problems over the last 3-4 years I have used this post office.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I frequently go to this post office and have found all staff very professional. They get the job done swiftly. They may not smile or have chit chat with you but they do what they are there for.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Family run post office, surprised at the 1 stars tbh. I’ve been coming here for years, no issues at all. Very polite and smooth service at all times, whether it’s purchasing items, sending parcels or depositing cash. As for some of the 1* reviews below, the money machine counts your cash. Next time count your cash as you put it down in front of them instead of making it out like they are liars.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Barcode wouldn’t scan so I was given my parcel back as the lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered entering the number manually. On another occasion they wouldn’t take a parcel because it was too bulky and it would take up too much space behind the counter. Always try and avoid this place.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The lady who serves has absolutely zero percent customer care. She looks like she hates the job and has had a fight with someone. She is not friendly and very moody lady. I would rather go to different post office with great customer care. Please teach your employee about great customer care.

If your returns barcode lable is invalid you need to contact the retailer not argue in post office. Its got nothing to do with them!
