Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Some clever postal worker took a photo of my parcel next to my letter box as proof of postage. However, unless it was covered in invisible paint, it was nowhere to be seen and the depot is impossible to get hold of over the phone! No card left behind either, checked everywhere and my neighbours are all unaware of it.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The Royal Mail’s operating hours, from 8 am to 10 am, make it inconvenient for me to collect my parcel either before or after work. This situation is frustrating, and I’m considering alternative courier services for future deliveries. Additionally, their delivery method of knocking only once and then leaving a card exacerbates the issue. It’s disappointing to see the decline in their service quality over the years instead of improvements. Shame on you, Royal Mail!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Appalling service. Firstly they’ve failed to deliver my parcel on 3 occasions. they haven’t left no card or anything. I went down to the royal mail and the colleague said it will be redelivered but it hadn’t been and he never even have a look. Absolute pathetic service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Shocking service. Absolute vile, rude service from the awful scruffy woman who served me this morning at 8.40 a.m. in Bradford South Sorting Office. She had no idea what GDPR was and muttered rudely when questioned about my personal details. Having read the reviews, this seems to be a daily attitude from the awful lady, and I have to question how she is still employed by Royal Mail, she is definitely not a role model for Royal Mail. A formal complaint will be raised.

Secondly:
There was no problem or disagreement whenever I took several pictures, just because I am a local guide on Google Maps and my intentions were not bad, but the rudeness of that old woman behind the counter,made me dumbfounded as if I had committed a crime. I said I am sorry two or three times, but she continued to speak rudely , I don’t know how this old woman was hired.
Just avoid this place no matter what.
