Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Unprofessional staff, terrible service all they do is fob you off. Not even a single occasion where they delt with the issue straight away, making tenants wait months is normal for them. They work in favous of landlord and ignore the tenants needs even on urgent issues around the house I have been waiting from past 4 months. Shame on you the managment. Customer support people have never gave the deserving support. Now they will leave comment justifying their rude staff and 4 months delay watch!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I am a tenant and have reported 2 number of issues in the property one of them since the 15th of December and another on the 8th of February none has been attended to I wouldn’t recommend at all

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Called on multiple occasion never able to get through. Are they no longer operating? YES – that exact number but we continue to get, “unfortunately, no one is available to take your call…” this has been the 20th occasion and we have called within working hours.
