From the start, I felt supported in the process of looking for an apartment and navigating all the paperwork which was great because it was the first time I rented a place in the UK on my own. The renting was without any problems. Also received my deposit back in full.

We found every member of the team to be extremely helpful and professional and clear about what was happening during the process of renting our flat, ranging from the management of our application process and as to our queries relating to the deposit and its compliance. Throughout our tenancy when issues of maintenance arose, Locate were very responsive, efficient and their tradesman of good character. I have spoken to lots of estate agents in Bradford over the years and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Accredited and Reputable Agent.

1. The deposit was withheld for more than 10 days after confirming the check-out. When I inquired about it, I was asked to provide my bank details once again.
2. I was charged for not cleaning the apartment to a professional standard, even though the apartment was not properly cleaned when we initially moved in. Some may wonder why we didn’t address this issue from the start. Well, we didn’t anticipate such a minor problem would later become an issue and would come to bite our pockets. Additionally, we did report other problems such as mold and a shelf barely hanging on the wall, which was located right above the pillows on the bed, but no action was taken.
3. Aside from the experience when ending the tenancy, everything else went smoothly without further problems.

My message to the team upon ending my tenancy with them to move in with my partner:
‘You’re amazing, thank you so much. I hope the next tenants have as many wholesome vibes from the place as I did, it really is a wonderful property and I always had locate properties on hand if I needed anything. From the man who came to service my boiler and give me advice on how to use it properly to the efficient communication from the guys in the office, all superstars’
The property was beautiful, neighbours lovely, agency friendly and approachable.

They offer good quality properties at very reasonable prices compared with several other agencies that I looked through, and have always been very honest and upfront throughout, from initial viewings, my time as a tenant and on leaving the property.
Cannot recommend them highly enough to any people looking to rent through them as they have always gone above and beyond.
Quick and easy inspection at the end of the tenancy and returned my bond in full less than 24 hours after this was completed – exceeded my expectations!
