He produced a detailed, impartial rent valuation report within 2 days of my first contact. the report was unchallenged and saved me £1000s of pounds in the longterm. Will be my go to surveyors should I need one in future. Thank you.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Waste of time. Spoke to the agents on phone and also viewed a property. Explained to them before and during the viewing as well, what the industrial unit will be used for. I was assured it won’t be an issue and should be ok which is why I booked the viewing. The landlord was present on site too. Only to be emailed hours later saying I can’t use the unit for that purpose
