His service, knowledge and genuine interest was amazing. Personally I’ve always had good service in this store but he really stands out. It would be lovely to see more sales advisors like him. Well done for callum ☺️

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Got some school shoes for my brother today, it was busy but I got the size I needed, I spoke to this woman who helped me get what I needed but didn’t get name. She was short and wore white crocs I think.

Rating:2 We went in on 16th Aug there were 2 staff chatting , eventually a male member of staff came to help us and went of in the back to get the trainers we asked for , he came out empty handed and left the store , after approx 10 minutes a female member of staff came out with said footwear and apologised for the male member of staff,s behaviour , this also happened to a customer in front of us and the shop wasn,t busy either , i think i,m being generous at 2 stars
