He could have took my card details and done a refund for me with proof of images from me, he replied’ that how can we give you a refund if we haven’t got the sandles! I work in a high end luxry brand were I work if this was the case we never ask our customers to return the faulty item if it was low in price something like a broken item screw as to what what I sell i sell million pounds goods, just If you can understand the difference between price thousands of people struggling in life to earn £10 pounds of working hard to earn a living with circumstances attached, I’m from different walk of life and this is the level of customer service i received.
I don’t think customer service exists in this Shoe shop, I have struggled with these sandl...
