Nice staff and very nice for shoe shopping and will give you water proofing service for shoes with cost of 2.50£ extra charge

Need good quality shoes, you can shop here. Not for people who are watching the pennies. All the top quality brands are sold here. My husband shops for his shoes here. Hush puppies and Sketchers. I love me a good pair of Sketchers. Only place in Bradford I’ve seen selling Sketchers boots on sale. Very big place, lots of choices and free parking.

Nice big store.
Good variety of unbranded and branded shoes, and good prices.
Very helpful friendly staff.

Mostly all kind of footwesr are available including worker safety shoe.

Only good for buying cheap shoes under £10 that you dont regret if are bad quality and don’t have to deal with the Store manager. I recently bought very poor quality Buckle my shoes school shoes for £44 in total (along two cheap pairs) for my 6 years old Son. These are the shoes after 2 weeks of usage. When I went to show these to Store manager on Friday straight from school, she told me to go back and come as she can’t see them until they are off my son’s feet. I asked if she can have a look as the problem doesn’t need any close inspection but she refused. Went again today and she said “This is a leather shoe and it needs polishing!!! telling me that I am one of those village idiots who has never actually bought a leather shoe before or never polished one in 38 years of my life. I have! and this shoe is the shoe after it has been polished thank you very much!!
Very rude (possibly racist) store manager at this Bradford Store. No customer service. told me ...
