Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 My daughter bought me the spa day for Mothers day. We arrived at 11.30 for 12pm treatments. Staff lovely told us it was very busy,went to get changed for treatments 19 ladies in changing room some getting changed in toilets and showers for privacy. After treatments went to try have lunch sorry really busy come back at 2pm. Could not go in outside spa full all the time. Ice machine not working. Went for a swim OK for first 5 min then 16 more people joined us. Not a dig pool so very overwhelming. We eventually had lunch then decided to leave. I have been here several times before and would have given it 10 out of 10 but on the 4 of April 2024. 2out of 10. Very Very disappointed surely there must be a limit in guests that day must have been more than 50 people in at that same time !!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Me and my Mum went to the Spa and enjoyed a nice lunch in the spas Bistro and then we used the spa’s amenities which were relaxing and very clean. We then went on to have our 2 treatments, Dora was amazing and helped me feel at ease by talking me through each step of the treatments and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Thank you everyone at Dream Spa.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Thoroughly enjoyed the spa and treatment with afternoon tea. Excellent facilities made special because of the very friendly staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and looked after. Extra big thank you to the two women in the restaurant where we had breakfast before going in the spa, they made our day. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 We paid upward of £200 for an afternoon spa and afternoon tea experience for two in September. The majority of this experience was truly fabulous. However, there were a couple of details that let it down, especially considering the price of the experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Was not allowed to use the pool as there was swimming lessons for the majority of our stay. They hadn’t received a robe order so we had to have extra towels. Reception staff are lovely and helpful at all times. Afternoon tea was outstanding and very large portions, had to take some home! Had a full body massage for 50 minutes, which was bliss. All other facilities were brilliant.

Firstly, the toilets in the ladies changing room were flooded due to a plumbing issue. Whilst this was dealt with during the day. The toilet rolls are kept on stands at floor level so this led to very soggy loo roll.
Secondly the cucumber water and the lemon water that were provided for guests to help themselves to was really warm, and some of the cucumber slices floating in the water had turned grey as a result. When asked if there was any ice the member of staff was really apologetic when she said there was none available.
Finally, the afternoon tea was incredibly disappointing. There were four sandwiches (ham, cheese, egg and tuna). Three of these, whilst basic were tasty. The tuna one, however, could hardly be described as a t...
