Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Awful! Poor communication. Don’t answer calls, extended wait times for a reply on email and heavily delayed delivery dates by months! To make things worse when the delivery does arrive most of your order will be wrong. Will never use again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very poor service. Ordered 5 weeks ago, despite money being taken at order, items not yet received.no communication from Sports Bulk until I chase. Last week advised I would receive my order early this week. I have today been told that they don’t actually have the stock yet and are waiting for this before then printing and actioning the order. Terrible service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered tracksuits over 3 months ago. Tracksuit top arrived after about 7 weeks. 3 months later I have still not received the tracksuit bottoms. Any messages to the company via social media channels are ignored. I’ve genuinely never had a shopping experience as ridiculous as this. Avoid at all costs

UPDATED REVIEW
Following the above review, I was advised that my order would be sent out asap. Unfortunately without even asking me, they sent out random and wrong items of kit assuming that this would be ok even though it didn’t match the rest of our team. After raising the issue via email, I was refunded 50% of 3 of the items. The remaining item which I have been charged full price for appears to be used and has someone else faded initials on it. Absolutely terrible service!

I have spent over £100 on different items from Sportsbulk – from when I ordered it took 6 months to receive my final item. I was personally pretty patient and cut them slack because of Brexit, Covid, Suez Canal etc. But if I got £1 for every time we were told “they will be sent out next week” I could afford to buy some proper kit.
That brings me onto the fact that most of the items I received were absolutely nothing like what is advertised. The Nike personalised hats that were ordered were actually Beechfield branded (£2 from Amazon – we paid £15). The tapered Adidas training pants that we ordered were nowhere to be seen, instead we were sent some straight legged overpants that look like the came from a 2010 Sports Direct ‘Closing Down’ sale. Even more hilariously the custom badge is stitched through the pocket onto the inside of the pants rendering the pocket absolutely useless. I don’t have enough time to...
