Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 My children absolutely love the self defence classes with coach Cetin. He is well tuned in with the children, very supportive and encouraging and always goes the extra mile to make sure children have a good understanding of what they are doing.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Out of all clubs I have trained martial arts at, this club is by far the best. The friendly non judgemental atmosphere created by coaches and students is completely unmatched by other clubs. Suleyman and Jason have a masterclass method of teaching techniques in a way that is both understandable and applicable in real life situations. If you are looking for a club to join then seriously consider this one as even after doing mma for most of my life I leave the training mat with new knowledge every session….of which there are multiple a week.

Rating:5 Completely out of my comfort zone but it is a frill to be a member of, well educated friendly coach and a great group of people, who make it even more enjoyable to take part in. I would recommend to anyone who wants to keep fit whilst learning self defence techniques. Thank you

They teach martial arts I’d never even heard of! JKD, silat and Kali to name a few. If you want something slightly different to the mainstream this is definitely your place!
