Recently got involved with the over 35 mens team, mani and the coaching staff have been very well organised and are doing a great job in helping some of the forgotten talent find their feet again! The response has been brilliant and now looking forward to being involved in league matches very soon.

Keep up the good work, your efforts and endeavour are appreciated by us all!

I hear a lot on here about it’s a good club to play for kids that might be the case, but from my own experience of the womens team, not good. The coaches don’t introduce you to the rest of the team and the women don’t make you feel very welcome, if your new. I went for a couple of sessions because I wanted to get back into playing football as I took a break due to ill health. I have played football all my life and even though the coach was impressed, i sensed a bad vibe off the group with there being a few clear ringleaders. I am a vulnerable asain women with mental health issues who has been trying to rebuild my life, after turning my life around from suffering long term mental illness. I’ve worked really hard to change my life and on my way to recovery so I didn’t need it. Trying to contact the person in charge of the whole club to complain was also a chore, got there in the end but only after him trying to fob me off by saying fill out an online form....

Excellent environment for my children to learn to play the beautiful game. Every coach is extremely professional and caring and discourages bad behaviour and foul language, this is very important to me. The ratio of coaches to children means my children get the attention they need during training and matches.

Great passion from the whole team at Phoenix. Very welcoming, training drills were very educational. First week for us and all kids were well behaved and wanted to learn. This shows the connection between coaches and players respecting each others.
