Also there was not much information coming back about delivery date. But I needn’t have worried – the watch arrived and is great and such a good price for a Seiko Turtle. Recommended!

I then tried sending emails but still no reply.
I’m not sure why VOS SHOP is not replying to any methods of contact and it’s out of my frustration that I have posted this negative feedback.
I guess I’m lucky that I didn’t order anything as if there was a problem it could of been a nightmare to contact them.
This is my experience on 04/09/2021.
My advise to any potential customer is that you try to contact VOS SHOP first before any purchase just to make sure that customer care / service is there to help you if things go wrong.
