0 You have already voted! Rating:1 We have been using 08 direct for over 10 years. Over the last couple of years the service has been terrible. Multiple times the phone lines go down and they are very slow to respond which has a big effect on our business. We have been trying to leave them due to to cost and how poor the service is and port to another phone provider. It has been over 6 months of trying to leave but they are purposely not letting us leave and take our numbers. We have complained to Ofcom already which hasn’t made any difference. I would definitely avoid at all costs, do not get trapped by this company.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We are absolutely delighted with Mike and his team. Setting up our 03 was such an easy process. The before and after sales service has been second to none. Mike phoned me before I purchased the number to discuss our needs, and then called to test the number and discuss if everything was ok, once we were connected. Already I feel like a valued customer, which in this day and age is refreshing I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They have provided a seamless service.
I have found they have a lot of experience. To which I have had no problems with my phone number and service. Only ideas of improving my business with recorded proffesional messages.
