Poor customer service. Been tuning the store to get through to someone if they have an item in stock. No one answers.
I travelled to the shop and no one is on shop floor. Group of guys chatting back and having a laugh. Ironically, item was not in stock and overall customer experience is poor. Wouldn’t go back

I visited on 13/03/2024 as I needed to purchase an iPhone charger. I regret switching to EE for this reason hence why I’m leaving a review to warn others to avoid this horrendous company. I was not acknowledged by anyone in the store so decided to visit the Vodafone store next door to see if I could purchase one there which I eventually did. When I went back to the EE store to check the price difference a member of staff named SAIF told me to sit down in a rude manner and wait to be seen to I tried to explain that all I wanted was a charger and he shouted at me saying I have other customers who have been waiting to be seen before you I can’t just serve you, I tried explaining that I wasn’t trying to tell him to prioritise me so I asked how long I’d be waiting he then shouted at me again In front of everyone in the entire store including customers, your looking at 20 minutes. At this point I was shocked and SAIF continued to shout at me I tried to diffuse the situation by leaving but he...

Had to call in Bradford store to sort our mobile out, Farah was amazing totally understood and sorted our issues and questions, she is amazing will always wait to see her brilliant customer service

I had wonderful customer service from a lovely young lady yesterday. She was cheerful, kind and patient when explaining my phone to me. I don’t usually write reviews but really felt the need to this time.

Well it’s a branch that’s close by when you need it. Service is ok, needed a replacement sim and was given one after activating it for me. The shop is nicely designed and the staff are helpful. Only thing is they don’t always have the offers in the shop that are available online and they tend to be more expensive than the other providers.
