Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Maria was very helpful, went in for an upgrade, and came out with a good deal, she wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable. Showed me different devices but was very honest and open about which ones would be best for me. She didn’t try to upsell me. Would definitely come to this store again

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible customer service. The lady in the shop really seemed unwilling to assist customers and looked as if I was bothering her when I walked in. As a franchise owned store, I would expect much better service than this.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Popped in to this store with my mother-in-law as she had lost her phone abroad, she visited a store in Harrogate who were not helpful in the slightest. Ray and his co-worker cancelled the old SIM set up a new one on her existing number and ensure it was fully working before we left the store.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was due an upgrade of my iPhone today and absolutely hate the job! I always panic about anything technology wise! But I shouldn’t have worried …the greeting I got from the staff in store was exceptional! I rarely write reviews but these lads deserve acknowledgment! I recognised one staff member called shoaib ( excuse spelling if I’m wrong ) from my previous years visit so it was very nice to see staff retention in a company and that immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence in sorting out /upgrading my phone plans!

Answered all my questions and made me feel so confident in upgrading my new contract. Would definitely recommend. He was pleasant polite and put no pressure on me. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

He was working along side a colleague called rey! Who was a breath of fresh air he was extremely happy in his work and was lovely to be put at ease by his happy disposition and excellent conversations and clear knowledge of what his job entailed!
