Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 It has the typical “new railway station feeling”, such that it’s 2 platforms with shelters and not much else. There is no personality to the station, though there is plenty of seating.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Train station built at expense to serve a housing development that hasn’t been built in the ten years they’ve held the site. Which continues to only consist of the two demo houses they built and a barren construction site.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 A somewhat new station built on the line to serve the Kirkstall Forge development area right outside. It’s unstaffed and only served by Leeds – Bradford services but gets the job done well enough.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The Northern Rail 20.54 weekday train to Leeds always turns up at 20.57 (or later). never on time. The station could do with a heated indoor waiting area too.

Very conveniently located for the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, but doesn’t appear to be much else in the local area.

Step free access between the platforms is available thanks to a footbridge with lifts and there’s a single ticket machine on the Leeds bound platform along with parking right outside.
